Submission of this assignment is in two parts: Part 1: Word document Part 2: Exhibition -------------------------------------------------------- PART 1: Each group is required to submit one Word document to google classroom which contains the following pages in order: 1) A cover page which contains each group members name and the title of your product 2) A photo of the product and annotated showing the materials used and why they were used and why it was designed in that way 3) A 300 word letter addressed to members of the Strathfield council which explains the design and creation of the product and how it is suitable for people with disabilities 4) 200 word group reflection outlining the challenges/difficulties that arose during the process and the strategies employed by the group to overcome these challenges. Briefly evaluate how the group worked together as a team (sample of a reflection is provided below) 5) A written journal detailing each group members contributions and the activities undertaken on each day. See below for a sample of a journal you may wish to use to record the contributions of each group member. Note- One member of the group is required to submit the word document on to google classroom in the folder titled “Year 4 PBL project”.
Students may use an app of their choice to annotate their photo such as iAnnotate or they may wish to draw and annotate on a paper, take a photo of it on their iPad and upload it to the word document.

PART 2:
An exhibition will be held for each group to showcase their work. Members of the Strathfield council and two members of the Rhino Play team (manufacturing company of children's playgrounds) alongside parents in the Strathfield community, will be present to view the students work. Each group will be allocated one table to display their work. Students can be as creative as they like in designing their space. Examples include: the use of posters, flyers, brochures or other props. Each group will be given 7 minutes to present. Part 2 due: Friday 8th June, 2018.
