On Friday the 4th of May, the group met up at 6pm for 2 hours and continued to discuss two different types of project-based ideas developed in the first initial meet up. After much consideration the group decided to focus and brainstorm ideas on the project-based learning of “designing a playground equipment that is suitable for children with disabilities”. The group also research the needs and opportunities for disability playgrounds, and different technologies and their contributions to the efficiency of the activities and adaptability by Stage 2 students, such as the 3D printer, minecraft, 3D pen, which was then agreed upon the group that we will use the 3D printer as our technologies for project-based activities. We also agreed that using Weebly to create our website was suitable for everyone. We have then distributed roles to each of the required seven webpages:
Ellisar: the welcome page, marking rubric, development notes
Pascale: Activities, assessment task, development notes
Chloe: Activities, student sample response, development notes
Rebekah: Problem statement, marking rubric, development notes
